Dr. Caroline Lee will be sharing her perspective as a clinician and licensed clinical psychologist who works with many high-achieving Asian American clients. She will briefly share her dissertation research on the effectiveness of "Culture and Coping: Asian American Approaches," a culturally-tailored, cognitive behavioral psychoeducational course she taught at Stanford University. Dr. Lee will also discuss general Asian American mental health issues and trends, barriers to seeking treatment, share case examples, and programming recommendations.
