Abstract
In the first half of this research seminar, we will look at research on strategy-making gathered from China, Malaysia and also Taiwan. We will reflect on issues surrounding strategic planning and improvisation as ways of developing business strategies but also consider improvisation as a form of learning and what this means for entrepreneurship and success in SMEs.
In the second half of the research seminar, we will look at the PROCESS method used in SPSS and understand how this can help us better test our data (for both moderation and mediation), understand results, and help us to deal with reviewer comments from journals.
