演講摘要

Within this talk, firstly I will introduce the concepts of Mindfulness, and models of Mindfulness-based psychotherapy. Secondly, the effects of mindfulness therapies, especially on its functions on emotion regulation, and methods of investigation on mindfulness state will be included. Finally, I will share a little about my own research as well.
